Fort Point Rock the Block - Celebrating 30 years of Artists For Humanity

SEPTEMBER 12, 2021, 4:00 - 7:30PM, RAIN DATE 9/19
a Celebration of Arts, Culture, & Collaboration.

The past year has been challenging for arts, culture and community organizations that contribute so much to the unique fabric of Boston. We are grateful for the collaborations of all who have partnered to sustain us this past year. To show our appreciation and honor the resiliency of our arts and culture community, we are gearing up for the creative celebration we have all been waiting for. And since it's AFH's 30th anniversary, we're planning something extra special - Join us on September 12th for Fort Point Rock the Block - celebrating 30 years of AFH.

In a unique collision of teen artistic expression, the AFH EpiCenter and the adjacent A Street Park will come alive in a beautiful collage of art, music, dance, spoken word, and more. We'll feature partnerships, new and old, that generated a wealth of creativity, joy, and comfort to our clients, friends, and neighbors. You won't want to miss our showcase of collaborations created expressly for this celebration with partners like The Boston Children's Chorus, Boston Lyric Opera, Midway Artist Studios, MASARY Studios, Urbanity Dance and more!!

In honor of AFH's 30 years of empowering Boston's youth through paid employment in art and design, enjoy a first of its kind, indoor-outdoor, day-to-night, free to all block party. Enjoy immersive art and music all day and amazing video projections after dark on the surrounding buildings. 4-9:30PM.

Please join us and support the next 30 years of AFH collaborations in Boston and beyond.
